Odeo – The Swiss AI Chatbot Built In-House
Many companies want an AI chat on their website – and hesitate for good reasons: generic bots make up answers, and customer data ends up in foreign clouds. Odeo is our answer: an AI assistant that we at Sidora AG developed entirely in-house – not a white-label ChatGPT, but our own platform with data hosted in Switzerland, compliant with the Swiss data protection act and the GDPR.
Technically, Odeo is built on a RAG architecture: the assistant answers exclusively from the stored knowledge base – website content, PDFs or office documents – and does not hallucinate. Through the role model, the same bot becomes a salesperson, supporter, expert advisor, customer service agent, knowledge manager or booking assistant; the language adapts automatically to the visitor, in more than thirty languages.
The flagship feature is lead capture – true to the motto: other chatbots answer, Odeo sells. The assistant recognises buying signals in the conversation, asks targeted follow-up questions like an experienced salesperson, collects the details naturally in the dialogue and offers a callback form when there is genuine interest – the qualified lead lands in the dashboard with all its data.
As a SaaS, Odeo is ready in minutes: enter the website URL, define personality and colours, embed one script tag – done, compatible with any CMS and framework. Depending on the plan, several AI models are available, plus a white-label option, A/B tests, analytics with FAQ analysis and escalation to e-mail, SMS, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Plans start at 39 francs per month.
