SwissSuite – Platform for Furnished Living

Temporary living is booming: business travellers, expats and project workers are looking for furnished rooms that feel like home from day one – without hotel prices and without a moving van. This is exactly why we created SwissSuite: our own rental platform for stylishly furnished shared rooms and apartments in Switzerland, with electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi included in the rent.

As our own product, SwissSuite shows what we mean by a well-thought-out digital presence – from the brand with its red and white mark and the calm premium imagery in warm cream tones to the technical implementation with WordPress and a custom-designed theme.

The centrepiece is the listing search: available rooms and apartments can be filtered by location, price, bedrooms and bathrooms and browsed as a grid, list or on the map – including favourites, saveable searches and a share function. The property pages lead from image gallery, key facts and regional context straight to the enquiry button.

The platform serves both sides: tenants learn on a dedicated page how flexibly stays can be arranged, from a few days to several months. Property owners in turn get complete management from SwissSuite – from furnishing and marketing to booking, billing and ongoing support. With more than 35 properties and an occupancy rate of 92 percent, the model has proven itself.

SwissSuite is thus a reference in two senses: a platform in daily use – and an example of how we develop our own products from idea through brand and design to operation.
