Abaco Training and Coaching – Business Website with Craft CMS

Abaco Training and Coaching GmbH from Altendorf SZ develops people and organisations: with hands-on business simulations (aba.sim) the trainers make entrepreneurial interdependencies tangible, with aba.engage they accompany young leaders on their way into the management team, and with aba.shape they support companies through change processes. Their clients include renowned Swiss companies and institutions such as ABB, Migros, Stadler, RUAG, CKW and ZHAW.

For this level of ambition, Abaco needed a web presence that structures the offering clearly – and that the team can maintain themselves in day-to-day business, without needing an agency for every text change. That is exactly what we built the 2024 business website around: a lean information architecture with concise service pages, filterable client references, team and contact pages, and an integrated blog for articles on business simulations and leadership development.

We chose Craft CMS as the technical foundation. The editorial system is tailored precisely to Abaco's content: every service, reference and blog post is a clearly structured entry with defined fields instead of an error-prone free-form editor. This keeps the design consistent even after years of in-house maintenance – the team adds content, uploads images and publishes posts without ever touching layout or code.

The site is fully bilingual (German and English) and brings Abaco's brand world to life: the hero slider stages the company's guiding principles – entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and holistic thinking and acting – while client logos and testimonial quotes build trust. Downloads such as service flyers are integrated directly into the relevant pages.

The result is a low-maintenance business website that has been in reliable use since 2024 and is actively maintained by Abaco themselves – from the steadily growing blog to new client references. A web presence that grows with the company instead of requiring external support for every change.
