Bachmann Intercoiffure – Hair Salon Website with WordPress

Bachmann Intercoiffure on Stadthausstrasse in Winterthur has stood for hairdressing craftsmanship at the highest level since 1970: women's and men's hairstyles, barber services, colour transformations, wedding styling and manicures – awarded 99.6 percent in the Salon Test 2023 and working exclusively with premium brands such as Wella, OPI and La Biosthétique. The team's promise: stylish and individual.

The web presence needed to convey this premium standard as well. In 2025 we designed and built a website that deliberately stands out from the bright uniform look of many hairdresser sites: a dark, elegant stage in black and gold, large-scale imagery and typography with handwritten accents that does justice to the salon's character.

Appointment booking takes centre stage: the "book appointment" button is present on every page and leads directly to the online booking platform where clients reserve their preferred slot themselves. Every service – from women's styling to barber and weddings – has its own page with transparent prices, complemented by a gallery, customer testimonials and a blog on styling topics.

Technically, the site is built on WordPress with Elementor: the salon team maintains prices, blog posts and gallery images themselves – without an agency and without risk to the layout. The website is fully responsive and geared towards local searches for a hairdresser in Winterthur.

The result is a web presence that makes the salon's atmosphere tangible online – high-quality, personal, and with a direct path to the appointment.
