Blum Immobilien Treuhand GmbH from Winterthur is a property management company specialising in real estate: founded in 2006, it today manages 44 properties with around 890 apartments across four cantons – from one-room to 5.5-room apartments, plus commercial premises, parking spaces and hobby rooms. The philosophy: well-maintained investment properties, managed for the long term and let at affordable rents.

The website we built with WordPress and Elementor gets this business to the point – with a clear focus on the two most important target groups: apartment seekers and existing tenants. Quick links to apartments, forms and contact sit right on the start screen; the dark, tidy design with green accents picks up the company logo.

The centrepiece for seekers is the rental section: current listings are integrated live and can be filtered by location, radius and price – including image galleries and property descriptions. New apartments appear on the website automatically as soon as they are advertised; there is no separate listing inventory to maintain.

For existing tenants, a service area bundles everything administrative: application forms for apartments, commercial premises and parking spaces, powers of attorney for handovers – plus practical guides from correct ventilation and mould prevention to a checklist for returning an apartment. The contact form with predefined subjects routes requests directly to the right person.

The result is a website that works in day-to-day property management: apartment seekers find current listings, tenants find their documents – and the team is noticeably relieved of routine enquiries.
