Aaretal Böden + Beläge AG stands for over 50 years of craftsmanship in seamless floor coverings from the Aaretal region of Switzerland. From heavy-duty industrial floors and parking-deck systems to refined design surfaces such as microcement, terrazzo and ground finishes, the company covers the full range – functional and aesthetic alike. For this presence, we conceived and built a completely new website with Statamic, guided by the idea: "We shape the floor on which spaces come to life."

At its core was a bespoke UI/UX design with an architectural, image-led feel. Generous space, calm typography and a clear information architecture guide visitors from the overview to the right systems: by field of application (industry & production, retail & commercial, office & new work) as well as by product line (functional, decorative and wall coverings). This way, both the site manager and the architect quickly find the right surface.

Each covering gets its own detail page with real technical specifications – layer thickness, load class, surface, substrate requirements and protective treatment – complemented by downloadable factsheets and client information. A marketing website thus becomes a robust planning tool that makes the craftsmanship of the business visible and verifiable.

Search engine and AI visibility were part of the architecture from the start. Alongside classic SEO, we consistently optimised the site for generative search (GEO): clean, semantic structure, clearly quotable content, structured data and fast loading times. So the business is found not only on Google but also correctly recognised by AI answer engines as a specialist for seamless floor coverings in Switzerland.

Technically, the site is built on Statamic and Laravel with a component-based structure, so the team can maintain content, references and product data independently.
